Plexcity appoints DCUC President/CEO to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, DC (November 14, 2022) — The Defense Credit Union Council (DCUC) is proud to announce its President/CEO, Anthony Hernandez, has joined Plexcity’s Board of Directors. Hernandez stated “Plexcity is essential to DCUC’s back-end operations. Their services provide us with superior solutions to aid our team’s ability to further serve our members.” These services include assistance with accounting and finance, HR and payroll, and information technology. DCUC is a part owner of Plexcity as part of their commitment to the cooperative principles of our industry.

Plexcity was formed by the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues, Maryland & District of Columbia Credit Union Association, and New Jersey Credit Union Association. Since its launch in 2015, Plexcity has more than tripled in size and continues to grow within the credit union industry.

Hernandez is joined by two additional key leaders in the credit union movement to be named to Plexcity’s Board of Directors including Juan Fernandez Ceballos, president/CEO of the Credit Union Association of New Mexico, and Carol Marx, president/CEO of the Hawaii Credit Union League. These leaders will provide additional strategic leadership, insight, and direction to the growing company. “These credit union industry leaders join an incredible group of directors – all icons in the credit union industry with a legacy built on leadership, collaboration and business acumen,” said Tony Kitt, president and CEO of Plexcity.
