Premier America Credit Union Corporate Branch Manager selected for Crash the GAC event

CHATSWORTH, CA (February 4, 2019) — The Cooperative Trust and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) has selected Sierra Gutierrez, Corporate Branch Manager of Premier America Credit Union as a California ‘Crash’ representative of the 2019 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC).

One hundred credit union professionals under the age of 35 were selected from a nationwide pool of 200 candidates to attend the industry’s largest governmental advocacy event in Washington D.C. from March 10-14, 2019. Sponsored by CUNA and various state credit union leagues/associations, Crash the GAC enables young credit union professionals the opportunity to network with industry peers and engage with congressional representatives to generate positive political impact for credit unions.

A Ventura County, California native, Gutierrez participates in many community events including: North Valley Family YMCA Senior Spectacular, North Valley Family YMCA Canned Food Drive, Child Care Resource Center Annual Shred Event, Park Parthenia Community Health Fair, Food Forward Harvest Pick, Northridge Hospital Stepin’ Out Gala, Northridge Hospital Holiday Jam and C.A.T.S Victory for Victims Walk/Run, Los Angeles Police Department PALS Toy Drive and distribution event and United Way Ventura County Day of Caring.

Gutierrez received her Bachelor of Science. in Business Administration, with a Minor in Economics from California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI)in 2008 and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CSUCI in 2010.
