PSCU announces 2015 Board of Directors
CUSO adds new board members, thanks retiring members and names exec committee
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (May 13, 2015) — PSCU, the nation’s leading CUSO, welcomes the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: Tom Ryan, President & CEO, Langley Federal Credit Union, Va., joins as a Director and Amy Sink, President & CEO, Interra Credit Union, Ind., joins as an Associate Director.
Directors John Walling, President & CEO, Christian Community Credit Union, Calif.; Mike Valentine, President & CEO, BCU, Ill.; and Associate Director Sandy Jelinski, President & CEO, Lake Michigan Credit Union, Mich., have all retired from the board.
“PSCU’s board would like to recognize the leadership of our retiring board members, and thank them for their years of service and valuable contributions to the continued success of their credit unions and the PSCU cooperative,” said Dave Doss, President & CEO of Arizona State Credit Union, Ariz., and PSCU’s newly elected Board Chairman.
“The strategic insights and contributions from long-time board members John Walling (33 years) and Mike Valentine (13 years), have left an indelible mark on the PSCU cooperative,” added Doss. “John and Mike shepherded us through many firsts, including the transition from a credit-only processor to a full-service payments provider and leader in delivering new payments technologies such as EMV, digital wallets and analytics solutions to Member-Owners. While we will miss their leadership on the Board, PSCU looks forward to continuing its partnership with all of the retiring board members’ credit unions.”
Following the recent elections, PSCU’s board executive committee now includes: Dave Doss, Chairman; Jeff March, President & CEO of Citadel Federal Credit Union, Pa., Vice Chairman; Gene Foley, President & CEO of Harvard University Employees Credit Union, Mass., Treasurer; Cathie Tierney, President & CEO of Community First Credit Union, Wisc., Secretary; and Craig Esrael, President & CEO of First South Financial Credit Union, Tenn., Past Chairman.
Continuing board members include Sean Rathjen, President & CEO Consumers Cooperative Credit Union, Ill.; Kit Snyder, President & CEO Consumers Credit Union, Mich.; Rob Stuart, President & CEO OnPoint Community Credit Union, Ore.; Frank Weidner, President & CEO Wings Financial Credit Union, Minn. and Terry West, President & CEO VyStar Credit Union, Fla.
