PSECU earns national recognition for creative excellence, takes home four CUNA Diamond Awards
PSECU received four 2018 Diamond Awards from CUNA Councils.
HARRISBURG, PA (April 9, 2018) — Pennsylvania’s largest credit union, PSECU, was recently presented with four Diamond Awards by Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Councils. Selected from more than 1,100 entries, the annual Diamond Awards recognize and reward creative excellence and outstanding results in credit union marketing.
“For twenty five years, the CUNA Diamond Awards have been recognizing credit unions throughout the United States for the quality of their marketing initiatives. In that time, it has become one of the most prestigious award programs in the industry,” said PSECU Vice President of Marketing and Membership Development Barb Bowker. “We’re incredibly honored to have been selected from amongst our peers for four of these awards. It is an affirmation of PSECU’s steadfast dedication to providing our more than 430,000 members and the communities we serve with only the highest quality products and services.”
PSECU’s 2018 Diamond Award-winning entries come from four distinct categories:
- Membership Marketing – Printed or digital information such as buck slips, packets, brochures, or booklets intended to introduce new or potential members to the credit union and its services.
This award was won for PSECU’s Money Back Banking campaign.
- Content Marketing – Any e-Channel marketing that includes podcasts, blogs, vlogs, buying guides, or product information.
This award was won for the PSECU Blog: Money Tips for Every Stage in Life.
- Ongoing Event – Activities or material related to an ongoing event, including community/PR activities, anniversaries, or other special credit union events.
This award was won for the PSECU Chips In charity fundraiser.
- Plastic Access Card Design – Card designs that have been created exclusively for the credit union and distributed for the first time in 2017.
This award was won for PSECU’s Founder’s Card design suite.

Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is a national association that advocates on behalf of credit unions and works to protect their interests.
