PSECU receives two National Awards for Credit Union Marketing Excellence
HARRISBURG, PA (June 22, 2020) — Pennsylvania’s anytime, anywhere digital credit union PSECU was recently presented with two Diamond Awards by Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Councils. Selected from more than 1,200 entries, the annual Diamond Awards recognize and reward creative excellence and outstanding results in credit union marketing.
“PSECU takes great pride in creating informative, visually appealing, and interesting materials and campaigns to share with our audiences, because at the end of the day, if the community doesn’t know about the high-quality products and services we offer, they can’t take advantage of them,” said PSECU Vice President of Marketing and Membership Development Barb Bowker. “We’re so thankful to receive this positive recognition from CUNA Councils, as it confirms that our marketing pieces are compelling and well-crafted, that they surpass industry expectations, and most importantly, that they effectively support our efforts to best serve the needs of our membership.”
PSECU’s 2020 Diamond Award-winning entries come from two distinct categories – One-Time Event and Video (Commercial) – Series:
- One-Time Event – Activities or material related to a one-time event, including community/PR activities, anniversaries, or other special credit union events.
This award was won for PSECU’s 2019 e-Statements Earth Day Campaign.
- Video (Commercial) – Series – A series of associated videos, carried on paid time, including broadcast, television, internet pre-roll, or other online advertising.
This award was won for PSECU’s 2019 Declutter Your Credit Cards series.
CUNA is a national association that advocates on behalf of credit unions and works to protect their interests. CUNA Councils, which presents the annual Diamond Awards, is a professional development organization comprised of more than 6,900 individuals across the United States. It is run by more than 300 credit union leader volunteers and focuses on seven areas: finance, HR, marketing and sales, lending, operations, technology, and CEOs.
