Purdue Federal announces mortgage team changes
WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (January 12, 2018) — Named Best Mortgage Lender since 2009 by Lafayette Journal & Courier readers in its annual Readers’ Choice Awards competition, Purdue Federal Credit Union (Purdue Federal) announces two staff changes for its mortgage team.
The New Year brought the retirement of Mark Johnson and the promotion of Janelle Brinn as mortgage originators. Johnson has retired after providing professional, personal service to Purdue Federal members for more than 11 years.
Brinn, a Purdue University graduate, began working for Purdue Federal in high school through the credit union’s student-run branch at Harrison High School. In 2016, Brinn was honored as the Sales Star, which is awarded to Purdue Federal’s highest-performing member service specialist. Transparency is very important to Brinn, and she strives to present a clear picture with realist expectations of the mortgage financing process.
When she isn’t working, Brinn is a Junior Achievement volunteer in local elementary schools. Individuals interested in learning more about Brinn or other members of Purdue Federal’s mortgage team may visit purduefed.com.
