RBFCU and CUNA Mutual AdvantEdge Analytics ink deal

Credit union looks to strengthen their data analytics strategy to improve member insights and service

CUNA Mutual Group today announced Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU), headquartered in Live Oak, Texas, will partner with CUNA Mutual AdvantEdge Analytics (AdvantEdge Analytics) to implement its fully integrated data analytics solution to better serve RBFCU members. With assets exceeding $8 billion, RBFCU serves more than 700,000 members from 55 branch locations throughout Texas.

We want to strengthen members’ individualized service and retain lasting relationships for years to come,” said Randy Carswell, senior vice president of finance, RBFCU. “AdvantEdge Analytics’ data solution brings the most comprehensive and flexible technology for credit unions. It will enable us to expand and strengthen our member insights and operate more efficiently as we continue to grow our own membership and geographic footprint.”

RBFCU, one of the nation’s largest credit unions, will leverage the AdvantEdge Analytics data management solution, including its hybrid data warehouse and data lake, as well as performance and reporting management solutions to build the credit union’s data strategy and capabilities. The partnership will help RBFCU transform and grow their analytics program.  Additionally, the partnership will focus on translating the data into insights and creating implementation plans to execute on insights. “This will enable us to better anticipate member needs, expand channels and strengthen product development for the future,” Carswell said.
