TAMPA, FL (June 2, 2020)Best Innovation Group (BIG) a technology and financial services innovator, is pleased to announce that Rick Cranston has joined the executive team as Vice President of Business Development.

“Rick’s focus will be to develop national momentum for many of BIG’s initiatives including FIVE, BIG’s conversational voice banking platform,” says BIG Founder and CEO John Best.  “FIVE is where artificial intelligence, the integration of CULedger’s MemberPass, and conversational voice banking, create an intersection of opportunity for the credit union industry.
