Robins Federal Credit Union’s 25 Days of Holiday Giving

WARNER ROBINS, GA (December 19, 2014) — Robins Federal Credit Union will be giving back during the holidays with their 25 Days of Holiday Giving. They selected 25 different organizations throughout their county radius to provide a monetary donation to help with the organizations holiday festivities. The following organizations received a donation during the third week:

  • Herrington Homestead in Swainsboro received a $500 donation. This organization serves the needs of children who are homeless, orphaned, abused or neglected.
  • The Grace House in Ft. Valley received a $1,000 donation. This organization provides financial and food assistance to people in need.
  • Macon Outreach in Macon received a $1,000 donation. This organization offers hot meals, a grocery pantry and clothing closet to those living in poverty in Central Georgia.
  • Senior Center in Gray received a $500 donation. This organization delivers a meal to homebound residents, transportation, health and welfare counseling, arts and crafts, and legal services to elderly citizens.
  • Abilities Discovered in Warner Robins received a $500 donation. This organization strives to enhance the lives of people living with disabilities.
  • Monroe County Family Connection in Forsyth received a $500 donation. This organization develops, implements and evaluates plans that address the serious challenges facing children and families.
  • Salvation Army in Milledgeville received a $1,000 donation. This organization provides utility assistance, medicine, food and toys for children during the holidays.
