Round-the-Clock Call Center Service now Available from Credit Union Card Center Partnership with AnyHour Solutions Enhances Service to Clients

INDIANAPOLIS – Servicecorp’s Credit Union Card Center (CUCC) is now offering 24/7 call center support for credit union clients every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. This is possible thanks to extended office hours and a new partnership with AnyHour Solutions, an Illinois-based call center operation which works exclusively with credit unions.

“We know that credit cardholders lead busy lives and often need assistance after normal working hours or when they are traveling.” said Servicecorp Chief Operating Officer Diana Arnold. “We hope that this enhancement to our services will improve member satisfaction. Our goal is that credit cardholders will receive the same support they have experienced from CUCC in the past, and we will work closely with AnyHour Solutions to insure we are meeting members’ needs going forward.”
