Rutledge Claims Management promotes Aubrey Gilmore to COO
Ten-year veteran of leading hazard insurance claims provider to oversee client relationships and company's strategic growth
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 1, 2019) — Rutledge Claims Management, Inc. (RCM), a leading provider of hazard insurance claims management for the mortgage industry, has promoted Aubrey Gilmore to chief operations officer. In her new role, Gilmore will be responsible for client retention and satisfaction and overseeing the company’s daily operations and strategic growth.
A licensed public adjuster and paralegal in California, Gilmore joined Rutledge Claims Management in 2008, starting out in the company’s law office, Rutledge & Associates, Attorneys at Law, APC. Prior to her current role, Gilmore served as a claims manager in the company’s San Diego office, where she was responsible for managing several of the company’s largest client accounts. Gilmore graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in communication and media studies.
