SDCCU supports Check Your Mood Day in partnership with Live Well San Diego
Everyone is encouraged to join the community to raise awareness about mental health
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 5, 2021) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, is proud to support Check Your Mood Day in partnership with Live Well San Diego. Check Your Mood Day, scheduled for October 7, in conjunction with National Depression Screening Day, encourages the community to monitor and assess their emotional well-being.
The purpose of this annual event is to engage and encourage community members to raise awareness about mental health. Check Your Mood Day will allow members of the community to virtually join together to access free mental health resources, take the online Check Your Mood screening and participate in the social media campaign.
