Seacoast Creative Agency partners with credit unions, specializes in compliance for financial institutions

PORTSOUTH, NH (June 3, 2014) — Since its company’s launch in 2011, CatchFire Creative has partnered with credit unions to help them leverage social media and drive extraordinary results. With a focus on member engagement, product/service promotion, and member loyalty, CatchFire works with financial institutions to help them truly connect with their communities all while remaining 100% compliant.

CatchFire specializes in social media strategy and management, as well as compliance and policy strategy in accordance to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (“FFIEC”). The agency continues to remain on par with the recommended Guidance provided by the council; they understand that the Guidance does not impose any new requirements on financial institutions, but, rather, to note the expectations that such potential risks exist, and the responsibility to manage its usage and access. As the Guidance indicates, financial institutions are using social media as a tool to generate new business and interact with customers more than ever before. CatchFire influences and supports the use of online communication, and the potential to improve market efficiency for a financial institution.

The agency recently put together a campaign for one of their credit union partners that ran alongside a national sport’s event. This campaign featured a series of games, which allowed for fans to participate through select social media networks. The games were made up of several teams, each of which represented the credit union’s products and services – highlighting the company’s offerings. This member/non-member online engagement

increased the number of fans of the credit union’s social media accounts, as well as the company’s web traffic. Throughout the course of this campaign, CatchFire worked on creating, implementing, monitoring, responding, and reporting of the content published through the credit union’s social media outlets. The credit union received positive feedback from followers, which consisted of members and prospective members. CatchFire continues to work with credit unions alike to produce content that is relevant to the industry, and in compliance with the members that make up the FFIEC.

CatchFire Creative is located in the heart of Market Square in Portsmouth, NH.
