Sharetec customer satisfaction scores 9.27 out of 10

LINO LAKES, MN (January 15, 2015) — Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems offering a true return on your investment, announces a 9.27 on their 2014 Customer Satisfaction Results for Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, a provider of the Sharetec System for over 20 years.

The 2014 customer satisfaction results are in and Sharetec is pleased that their customers gave the service high marks.  The satisfaction score resulted in an average of 9.27 on a 10 point scale.  Kristine Letz, Bradford-Scott’s Software Manager said, “We continue to maintain a platinum standard in the industry and believe that is why we continue to improve and achieve over 9 out of 10 each year.”

In the fall each year, Bradford-Scott surveys the customers to measure the level of service being provided, hear of successful ways their customers are being served and continue to look for areas of improvement. From service to sales and friendliness to effectiveness, Sharetec System continues to maintain one of the highest levels in the credit union industry.
