Sharetec provided SSAE16 free – again

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (November 27, 2013) — Sharetec System announces there will be no charge to Sharetec core credit unions for the SSAE16 this year or next.

In fact, Sharetec System has never charged their credit unions the SSAE16 regulatory fee and due to the tough economic conditions and all the additional compliance regulation paperwork that is coming, Sharetec has decided to do the same for this year, as well as next.

“Credit unions are constantly helping their members and we want to be doing the same for our customers. For a credit union to have a complete vendor due diligence package, they need to have a recent SSAE16 and charging a fee for something that is required to meet guidelines just doesn’t seem to have our customer’s best interest in mind. So we don’t do it,” comments Matt Isger, Regional Manager for Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, an owner/distributor of the Sharetec System.
