SMA Solutions wins best of show award at the CUNA Technology Council Conference and CUNA OpSS Council Conference

CUNA Technology Council awarded the 5th annual Best of Show Award to SMA Solutions at CUNA Technology Council (CTC) Conference and CUNA Operations, Sales and Service (OpSS) Council Conference, co-located at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, September 27-30, 2015.

“For more than three decades, SMA Solutions has been a crucial technological innovator for the credit union industry, and their presentation at this year’s conference continued that tradition,” said Caroline Martorano, chair of the speed round committee and CTC executive committee member from Baxter CU. “We congratulate SMA Solutions on this award and applaud them for their continued efforts to streamline and modernize credit unions.”

The Best of Show Award is given to the best presentation at the CUNA Technology Council Conference’s speed rounds, in which technology companies that sponsor the conference give a five-minute demonstration of a product that brings meaningful innovation to the credit union movement. SMA Solutions won for their demonstration of Ascern, a predictive, cloud-based analytics tool that monitors systems and processes in real time.

“With so many creative, groundbreaking companies competing, it was a true honor to receive the 2015 Best of Show Award at the CUNA Technology Council Conference,” said Kathy Hooker Burress, President of SMA. “We work tirelessly to simplify and improve credit union operations and we accept this award as a validation of our efforts.”

Based out of Kingwood, Texas, SMA Solutions has provided businesses with automation solutions for more than 35 years. In addition to Ascern, the company also offers OpCon, an enterprise-wide automation solution that runs on all operating systems, applications and platforms.
