South Jersey Federal Credit Union promotes Kathleen Heid to Senior Vice President of Human Resources
DEPTFORD, NJ (July 12, 2018) — South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) announced the promotion of Kathleen Heid to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Since January 2017, Heid served as the Vice President of Human Resources. She will continue to be responsible for developing and implementing consistent human resource processes, programs, and policies.
Kathleen is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with more than 30 years’ experience in banking and financial services. She also has extensive and successful experience in policy development, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employment branding.
