SSFCU promotes Shannon Moore to technology manager

(August 22, 2014) — Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) is pleased to announce that Shannon Moore has been promoted to technology manager of mortgage services, responsible for managing the implementation, upgrades and enhancements of current and future technology applications used by mortgage services. She will also manage reporting, tracking and logging mechanisms to be used by mortgage staff to ensure software issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Moore joined SSFCU in 2011 as a mortgage administrator. In 2012, she was promoted to quality assurance manager of mortgage services.

Active in her community, she is the current president of the San Antonio Area Mothers of Multiples.
