SSFCU wins Contact Center Of The Year, along with three other awards, during Annual PTMA Competition

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 4, 2014) — Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has been recognized as Contact Center of the Year in the 2014 Professional Teleservices Management Association (PTMA) South Texas Excellence Awards. This is the second year SSFCU has received this award, having previously been recognized in 2001. This year, SSFCU also won awards for Best Use of Technology and Best Use of the Voice of the Customer. In addition, SSFCU’s vice president, Tracy Queeman-Wilson, was recognized as Contact Center Leader of the Year. The annual competition recognizes service excellence and best practices in contact centers throughout South Texas.

Winning four out of five awards, SSFCU was selected through an evaluation process that included a rigorous application followed by on-site visits and presentations before a panel of judges.
