Synergent launches innovative business intelligence platform

Synergent BI will deliver critical insights to help credit unions make better business decisions

WESTBROOK, ME (April 23, 2019) — Synergent is pleased to announce the launch of a new, groundbreaking product, Synergent BI, a turnkey business intelligence solution designed to help credit unions make more informed operational and marketing decisions.

“We talked with our customers about their goals, and strategic data usage came up nearly every time,” said Todd Mason, President/CEO of Synergent. “By building an intuitive and convenient offering complete with member and NCUA data, we’ll deliver on that need. We removed the hard work of implementing servers, running file extracts, executing transfers, and mapping Symitar’s Episys data. In doing so, we created a web-enabled, secure platform that makes the process of aggregating and analyzing large volumes of data possible for credit union decision makers. We are excited to release this subscription-based solution to our credit unions.”

The platform balances a credit union’s own Episys® core data with information from third-party industry sources, such as the National Credit Union Association. Using an intuitive interface in a web browser, credit unions are able to see core data, payment transactions, and marketing information in one place with tailored dashboard reporting customized to fit any credit union’s unique needs. Turnkey reports are available immediately upon implementation.

Synergent BI is offered in three subscription levels. System maintenance for Synergent BI at all subscription levels is entirely Synergent’s responsibility, allowing credit unions more time to focus on their most important asset – their members.
