The StoneHill Group expands lender support services
Veteran-owned loan QC provider now licensed to provide underwriting and processing in 19 states-and counting
ATLANTA, GA (July 10, 2018) — The StoneHill Group a veteran-owned nationwide provider of quality control, due diligence and mortgage fulfillment services for the mortgage industry, is expanding its mortgage lender support services to help more mortgage companies, banks and credit unions operate with greater cost-efficiency in an increasingly challenging environment.
The StoneHill Group is now licensed to provide complete underwriting and processing support in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The Ohio and Arizona licenses were activated in June and the company is awaiting license approvals in South Carolina, Texas and Washington state.
Because hiring and training staff is time-consuming and expensive, lenders often outsource underwriting, processing and other origination tasks when loan volumes fluctuate. Unlike some origination support providers, however, The StoneHill Group offers a variable cost structure for its services, so clients only pay for the work they need.
