The Summit wins several top workplaces honors

Awards based on employee feedback

ROCHESTER, NY (April 14, 2021) — The Summit Federal Credit Union has been named one of the Top Workplaces in the Financial Services Industry nationwide, as well as one of the Top Workplaces in Rochester. The Summit also received a Top Workplaces Women-Led Culture Excellence award. This honor recognizes businesses led by women who believe in the power of putting people first.

The awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party anonymous survey, which measures an organization’s culture and other aspects of the workplace.

The Summit’s President and CEO, Laurie Baker, wrote a blog about what it means to be a Top Workplace.
