Three credit union professionals receive statewide recognition

HELENA, MT (May 23, 2023) — Three credit union professionals were recognized at Montana’s Credit Unions (MCU) annual Power Up conference last week. The organization is proud to recognize the following individuals who demonstrate leadership beyond their own credit unions, maintain unrelenting dedication to the credit union principles, and serve as mentors in their credit unions and communities:

  • Steve King Professional of the Year: Darci Parsons, Ravalli County Credit Union
  • Young Professional of the Year: Kyle Elliott, Whitefish Credit Union
  • Mitch Reed Volunteer of the Year: Lyle Phillips, Whitefish Credit Union

“These individuals are truly committed to the credit union movement,” said Tracie Kenyon, Montana’s Credit Unions President/CEO. “Besides making a positive impact on the lives of their coworkers, they’re all involved in serving their communities — living the credit union philosophy every day.”

Though varied in their positions and years of service, all three individuals are exceptional leaders and well-deserving of recognition.
