Two leaders step into STCU director roles
SPOKANE, WA (December 28, 2018) — STCU has hired two new directors. Debbie Arbuckle is director of payment operations, and Amy Warker is the credit union’s director of brand marketing.
- As director of payment operations, Debbie Arbuckle leads STCU’s card services and deposit operations teams. In her new role, she works to develop business strategy and oversee daily operations, quality assurance, and other aspects of the credit union’s payment systems. Arbuckle brings more than 25 years of experience in business development and management experience, most recently as senior vice president of deposit operations at Inland Northwest Bank.
- Amy Warker leads STCU’s brand marketing team, which handles the credit union’s advertising, website and social media channels, media relations, and other communications efforts. Warker brings more than 15 years of experience to her new director role, including marketing leadership positions at TAPCO Credit Union in Tacoma and Union Bank in the Seattle area. She most recently led the event-marketing division at The Spokesman-Review in Spokane. Warker earned a bachelor’s degree from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. She is also a graduate of ABA Bank Marketing School and has a public relations certificate from the University of Washington.
