US Payments Forum announces 2024 Steering Committee
REDWOOD CITY, CA (January 23, 2024) — The U.S. Payments Forum today announces its 2024 Steering Committee and officers. The group is the cornerstone of the organization, serving as a leadership entity within the Forum. Their work is essential in achieving the Forum’s mission to enable the efficient, timely and effective implementation of emerging and existing payment technologies in the U.S. market and beyond. The group is comprised of payments leaders representing top global and domestic payment networks, merchants, issuers, acquirers and industry suppliers.

The Steering Committee guides the Forum’s priorities and its working committees, spanning ATM, Communication and Education, Debit Routing, Electric Vehicle (EV) Open Payments, Mobile and Touchless Payments, Payments Fraud, Petroleum, Testing and Certification and Transit Contactless Open Payments. Some of the Forum’s activities include identifying and providing guidance on implementation challenges, developing best practices for the implementation of payments technologies, providing industry education and creating deliverables such as white papers and webinars for industry stakeholders.
