Volunteers to convene in Montego Bay, Jamaica for CUNA Volunteer Conference

WASHINGTON, DC (June 17, 2016) — Credit Union National Association will host CUNA Volunteer Conference, Jan. 15 to 18, 2017 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Comprised of informative sessions and extensive networking events, the conference connects volunteers to tools, strategies and perspectives on the industry’s greatest challenges.

“All of the sessions are very informative at CUNA Volunteer Conference. I always come home with ideas of things my credit union may want to implement,” said past attendee Regina Grubbs, Vice Chair of Commonwealth Credit Union. “The conference is also a great opportunity to network with other credit union directors.”

Sessions at CUNA Volunteer Conference are hosted by speakers with meaningful industry experience and explore topics relevant to volunteers, including leadership, the credit union vision and strategic planning. A Board Financial Literacy Pre-Conference Workshop will also be offered on January 14.
