Webinar on NCUA grants

Inclusiv will be hosting a webinar for our members on the NCUA grant opportunities that are now currently open (applications are due by June 30, 2023).

We will be joined by a representative from NCUA: Joshua Krantz, Program Manager (Grants and Loans) at the Office of Credit Union Resources and Expansion.

(If you are not able to attend the 6/1 date, NLCUP is also hosting a webinar on Tuesday 5/30 at 3pm ET on the same topic.)

Guidelines for the NCUA grants can be found on the NCUA website (including the link to apply through the NCUA’s CyberGrants portal).

Lastly, please note that your credit union must also have a SAM.gov number as a prerequisite to applying for an NCUA grant. If you need help, please contact Monica Copeland.

Joshua Krantz is currently the Program Manager of the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund (CDRLF) with NCUA Office of Credit Union Resources and Expansion.

Josh joined NCUA in December 2018 and had previously worked on federal grant programs at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund.

Through the CDRLF, Josh and the Grants and Loans Team provide low-income and minority credit unions with technical grants and loans to build their capacity and reach underserved communities.
