Webinar on web analytics for credit unions planned for Aug. 22

45-minute event will cover ins-and-outs of tracing digital behaviors to improve user experience

NEW YORK, NY (August 15, 2019) — Assessing the digital behaviors of members has the potential to help more credit unions measure and tailor their user experience strategy. To explore the how-to of such assessment, operations management and analytics company EXL Service is hosting a 45-minute webinar event for credit union leaders.
