Skills you need to succeed with your team

Working with a team can be challenging. Here are three skills that will help you succeed with your team…

Patience: It would be nice if you knew exactly what to expect from everyone you work with, but that’s rarely the case. From time to time you’ll find yourself frustrated with someone. Keep your cool during those situations, and your team will notice when you do (or when you don’t).

Confidence: Confidence can be the difference between staying in a position for a long time or being constantly promoted. When you have confidence, you become an example of success. When that confidence begins to rub off on others, the success become contagious.

Dependability: Working with a team is always harder when someone isn’t pulling their weight. Don’t be that person.
