The CUInsight Experience podcast: Jill and Randy – Morning walks (#101)

“We can get what we want out of life if we are intentional about it.” - Jill Nowacki

Thank you for tuning in to episode 101 of The CUInsight Experience podcast with your host, Randy Smith, co-founder of CUInsight.com. This episode is brought to you by Trellance transforming data into actionable insight for credit unions from coast to coast.

In this season’s final episode, we are changing things up a little. My co-host, the one and only Jill Nowacki, and I are looking back on this crazy year and discussing the good that is often overlooked while moving forward to 2021. I share some ways that the CUInsight Experience will be new and improved for 2021.

Listen as Jill and Randy talk about bringing your whole self to work and valuing the differences among peers; the authenticity and culture each individual brings to the workplace. Jill shares some things she is excited to see happen in the next year or two, and Randy discusses how technological advances have allowed him to stay connected with credit union thought leaders.

They collectively speak about the difficulties of keeping remote team members connected to the rest of the team while maintaining the credit union’s culture and how many industry leaders have successfully taken this challenge on. Jill shares a book she thinks everyone should read and some final thoughts for wrapping up the 2020 season. Randy shares some exciting news about changes to Season 3 of The CUInsight Experience and how its pivot will be bigger and even better!

Most of all, we hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday, and we will see you back here in 2021.
