According to a study by GoBankingRates.com, the answer depends upon where you live.

If you are looking for affordable food options, Las Vegas and Long Beach, Calif., are the best cities in which to live. Seattle, with the cost of a three-course meal running $65 per person, topped the list of worst cities for foodies on a budget.
