3 team-focused leadership thoughts for 2022

A new year is a new chance to improve upon yourself. But don’t forget about you team. Without them, you wouldn’t have anyone to lead. Here are three team-focused leadership thoughts for 2022…

Don’t lose sight of wins: It’s great to have a vision of the big picture, but you also need to remember the small wins that helped your team get to the finish line. Without those, it would be impossible to get to where you want to be.

Lengthen your leash: Innovation can come easy if your team feels they have the ability to take a risk. Success often comes from risky (even slightly) ideas.

Up your encouragement game: It probably wouldn’t take much effort to tell your employees everything they’re doing wrong. Feedback is a good thing, but don’t let it be one-sided. Start with what’s working and help your employees make improvements from there.
