3 ways to feel more creative

If you’re not feeling very creative right now, here are a few tips to help you get the ideas flowing…

Raise your heart rate: A good workout can do as much for your brain as it does for your body. Working up a good sweat and getting your blood pumping may be just what you need to get your thoughts flowing.

Mix it up: Every once in a while you need to get out of your comfort zone. A change of routine can be a change of thinking. Something as simple as changing what time you wake up or go to bed could be just what you need.

Unplug yourself: Sometimes, our minds need a hard restart. The easiest way to do this is to shut it all the way down. Find somewhere to relax and do as little as possible. It may be time to hang that hammock back up in the yard.
