Serve Credit Union, a financial cooperative based in central Iowa, and First Community Trust, N.A. (FCT), based in Dubuque, announced a new partnership to offer trust services, investment management and retirement services to its members. FCT services include investment management, retirement planning and retirement income strategies, as well as trust and estate administration.

FCT is a nationally-chartered trust company headquartered in Dubuque that offers trust, investment and retirement services, primarily through credit unions. With more than 10 years of financial industry experience, FCT Trust Officer Mack Rankin will offer onsite help and services. He works with clients in the areas of both retirement and non-retirement investments as well as trust administration. Rankin is taking appointments in Serve’s Urbandale and Des Moines branches.
