Hilary Reed, founder of EmpowerFi, is an innovative thought-leader who has been involved in various aspects of strategic sales and marketing for 15 years. Her career began in 2000 when she founded the Internet Sales & Marketing department for one of the largest automotive dealerships in the Northeast, making this dealership a trailblazer for digital sales technologies, marketing tactics, and CRM tools.

Hilary has since partnered with numerous organizations such as credit unions, real estate firms, and automotive dealerships to meet growth challenges, uncover new sources of revenue and bring a rare mix of bold imagination and refined professionalism.

Prior to founding EmpowerFi, Hilary served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications for a multi-million dollar financial institution in the Philadelphia region for over a decade. She was instrumental in helping the organization gain reputation as an innovator and early adapter of social media, segmented marketing, digital advertising, brand positioning, and other non-traditional marketing techniques. In 2015, Hilary was honored for her leadership and commitment to the field of marketing and business development, by receiving the Marketing Professional of the Year Award from the Credit Union National Association.
