In 2012, Natalie was a field staffer for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign and Congressman Tom Latham’s final campaign in Iowa. Natalie worked with the communications director to organize voter outreach and executed grassroots GOTV efforts targeting a younger demographic.

In 2017, Natalie joined the non-profit organization, Iowans for Adoption, where she is a volunteer board member. Natalie is a graduate of Iowa State University, where she received her B.S. in public relations and B.A. in Spanish. She is a 2019 Iowa Innovation Group graduate and 2021 West Des Moines Leadership Academy graduate.
