Randy Salser was appointed President of NAFCU Services Corporation in October of 2013. He comes to the credit union industry with over 15 years of executive-level experience in the areas of operations, business development and marketing.
Before joining NAFCU Services, Randy was the Executive Vice President for Red Star Contract Services, a civil engineering firm. He was responsible for all marketing, contract negotiations, and contract fulfillment with companies ranging from Northrop Grumman to Johnson Controls. Over the past year, he successfully managed $25 million in contracts and maintains a Department of Defense security clearance. Prior to that, Randy was an executive consultant with RDS Financial LLC where he focused on providing clients in-depth business development plans, operational analysis and financial modeling. His clients included small insurance companies, finance and leasing firms as well as financial holding companies with diversified assets and businesses. In addition, Randy was chief operating officer of a $100 million multi-level holding company with 200+ employees that was formed to diversify the assets of the owner. He helped oversee the family-owned holding company’s reorganization, marketing and operations. Businesses at the holding company included ownership in a major league baseball team as well as a real estate development firm, finance company, and restaurant group.
Randy earned his Master’s degree from Georgia Tech’s MBA Program with a concentration in management and technology and Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration/Business from Benedictine College.
