Credit unions support America Saves Week
Consumer Federation of America campaign encourages people to “take the pledge” to save money.
Credit unions are among the diverse nonprofit, government, academic, and business groupsto encourage and support Americans’ efforts to save during America Saves Week, Feb. 25-March 2.
Held in conjunction with Military Saves Week, America Saves Week is a national opportunity for organizations to work together within their communities to transform the lives of millions of Americans.
America Saves Week encourages people to “take the pledge” to save money, identify a savings goal such as college tuition or a car, and create a plan to reach the goal. Military Saves Week promotes the same plan for active duty U.S. servicemembers who have a unique set of financial challenges.
