‘Junk fee,’ blockchain hearings scheduled this week in D.C.
The House and Senate are in Washington, D.C., this week, with the House to consider legislation on the floor, and the Senate to consider executive nominations.
The Senate Commerce Committee will conduct a hearing Thursday at 10 a.m. ET titled, “Protecting Consumers from Junk Fees.”
These include:
- Tuesday, 10 a.m. ET: House Financial Services Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Monetary Policy hearing, “Uncertain Debt Management: Treasury Markets and Financial Institutions.”
