LAS VEGAS, NV (January 19, 2024)Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) announced today that it has distributed $2.4 million to qualified members as an annual Bonus Dividend.

“For Clark County Credit Union, 2023 was a strong financial year,” said Matt Kershaw, President and CEO of CCCU. “Our Bonus Dividend is one of the many ways we give back to our members and show our appreciation for their loyalty. We are fortunate to share the profits with our members each year in other ways as well, like free services, higher deposit rates and lower loan rates.”

The Bonus Dividend calculation is based on the daily average balance and longevity of the accounts, both for deposits and loans of any type including auto loans, credit cards, mortgage loans or commercial loans. CCCU reports the highest Bonus Dividend payout was $22,193 to a business account member, while the highest to an individual member was $6,624.

Many CCCU members save their Bonus Dividends, use it to pay down a bill or even to splurge on a fun purchase or a night out with their families.

Jimmy B., a member of CCCU for 31 years said, “I’ve been with CCCU since 1993. Ever since then, I always save my Bonus Dividend and never spend it.” Other members like Shelly T. have made other solid financial choices. She shared, “We’ve used the Bonus Dividend to help pay our taxes, it’s pretty nice!”
