CUES Names 2010 Outstanding Executive Award and Hall of Fame Inductees Madison, Wis.-The Credit Union Executives Society is pleased to announce Randy Smith, CPA, CCD, president/CEO, Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, Universal City, Texas, as the 2010 CUES Outstanding Executive, an award presented for excellence in leadership. Smith will be honored on Sunday, November 7, at CUES* CEO/Executive Team Network, in Dallas.

Smith has led Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union for more than 20 years.

During his tenure, its regulator has consistently given the credit union high marks for the overall operation of the credit union.

IDC, an independent financial services firm, has given the $3 billion credit union a *Superior* rating for 49 consecutive six-month periods since December 1984. IDC recently ranked Randolph-Brooks as the top credit union in the state of Texas and the fourth in the country.

Smith*s contributions to the movement are extensive, and include serving as chairman of the board of managers for several credit union service organizations. He has also been a CUES member since 1988.

*Randy*s accomplishments and dedication to the movement demonstrate his superior leadership skills. It*s only fitting he should receive this honor in recognition of his many contributions,* said CUES president/CEO, Fred Johnson.

At the ceremony, CUES will also honor four CUES Hall of Fame inductees:
