CU*NorthWest hosts 2015 Leadership Conference

LIBERTY LAKE, WA (July 20, 2015) — Prospects, cuasterisk.com network partners and an overwhelming majority of CU*NorthWest clients attended the Liberty Lake-based CUSO’s Leadership Conference held June 23-25, 2015 at the Northern Quest Resort in Airway Heights, Washington.  The event is designed as an executive briefing for credit union CEO’s and senior staff.

Greg Smith, CEO of CU*NorthWest and Randy Karnes, CEO of CU*Answers respectively gave presentations based around the theme, “Would you like fries with that”. This year’s theme highlighted the plans for new products and services focused on enhancing CU*NorthWest client credit unions internet retailing strategies and tactics.  In addition, the conference serves as a catalyst for collaboration and networking opportunities amongst credit union and cuasterisk.com partner executives. “We found our time spent at the annual leadership conference valuable and plan to be back next year,” Barbara Mathey, CEO of IBEW & Workers Federal Credit Union said.

CU*NorthWest CEO Greg Smith said, “The annual CU*NorthWest Leadership Conference is an integral part of our business – not only appraising our clients of the current and future plans of CU*NorthWest and the cuasterisk.com network, but providing an atmosphere for credit unions to give input, meet with their elective board of credit union CEO’s and to challenge each other and their peers.”
