Honor Credit Union Board members Scott Carter & Dana Slocum retire

SAINT JOSEPH, MI (June 18, 2015) – Honor Credit Union celebrated the retirement of board members Scott Carter and Dana Slocum on Monday June 15, 2015. Scott and Dana were true assets to the Honor Credit Union Board of Directors and will be greatly missed. They have each spent over ten years serving on the credit union Board of Directors.

Carter and Slocum were instrumental in moving the Honor Credit Union and Allegis Credit Union merger forward in 2012, as both were members of the Allegis board with Carter serving as Chair. Both brought invaluable insight to the Honor Credit Union Board table. Carter is the President of various real estate ownership and development companies and has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Slocum and his wife own ERA Network Real Estate.
