Meghan Cernohous named new Stillwater Branch Manager II at Royal Credit Union
EAU CLAIRE, WI (August 23, 2023) — Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Meghan Cernohous as the Branch Manager II in Stillwater, Minnesota. Cernohous’s responsibilities include meeting with Members to help them reach financial goals, hiring and training high impact talent that represent Royal’s core values, and managing branch operations.
Cernohous comes to Royal with 18 years of financial industry experience, 10 of which were in leadership positions. Cernohous most recently served as Branch Manager for U.S Bank and was honored with the 2021 Legends of Possible Award, the company’s highest employee recognition.
Cernohous was active in the community as a Project Thrive member. Project Thrive is a grassroots initiative that works towards equity in the workplace and supports team members going through difficult times by improving policies to encourage better balance of life and work. Cernohous was also a board member of Women of Community & Business Banking Resource Group. Cernohous resides in River Falls, Wisconsin with her husband, Matt; daughter, Zoey; and dog, Tatertot Hotdish. Looking ahead, Cernohous is excited to guide her team while also learning from them along the way.
