Momentum Poll Demonstrates CU Executives Value “History of Measureable Results”
Momentum, Inc., a national design-build firm, released the results of its recent poll regarding the key factors that influence the decision to select a Design-Build firm. The poll reached out to key executives in the financial industry, including CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, and VP’s from banks and credit unions of varying asset sizes across the United States and asked them to identify the most important factor in selecting a design-build firm.
The majority of respondents (40%) indicated “History of Measurable Results” as the most important factor, which was followed by “Transparency of Price & Process” with 20% of the votes. The findings reinforce the level of emphasis that financial institutions are placing on working with vendors that have a proven track record of delivering successful results.
