TRAVERSE CITY, MI (December 20, 2021) — TBA Credit Union is excited to announce multiple team members who have been promoted or transitioned to another position within the credit union.

• Emily Bancroft was promoted from Service Center Representative to Service Center Specialist.
• Kyle Gorski transitioned from Member Service Officer to Service Center Officer.
• Courtney Hillock-Boucher was promoted from Senior Member Service Representative to Member Service Specialist.
• Caroline Malocha was promoted from Senior Service Center Representative to Service Center Supervisor.
• Brittney Molloseau was promoted from Service Center Specialist to Collections Representative.
• Rachel Pabian was promoted from Service Center Representative to Member Service Specialist.
• Eliza Woodhams transitioned from Member Service Representative to Service Center Representative.
