- Emily Bancroft was promoted from Service Center Representative to Service Center Specialist.
- Kyle Gorski transitioned from Member Service Officer to Service Center Officer.
- Courtney Hillock-Boucher was promoted from Senior Member Service Representative to Member Service Specialist.
- Caroline Malocha was promoted from Senior Service Center Representative to Service Center Supervisor.
- Brittney Molloseau was promoted from Service Center Specialist to Collections Representative.
- Rachel Pabian was promoted from Service Center Representative to Member Service Specialist.
- Eliza Woodhams transitioned from Member Service Representative to Service Center Representative.
