Music has the power to move people from desperation to inspiration, he says. In fact, “the structure of music is the structure of success.”
Music and business share several attributes, he says, including:
- Melody, or the leadership role.
- Harmony, the act of collaboration to support the melody.
- Rhythm, which synchronizes all of the elements.
