Talking in Memphis

It is a bit before six a.m. in Memphis, Tennessee. I’m here in this beautiful city to do some strategic planning for a NAFCU member.
I’m trying to simplify my message. Sometimes, planning and strategy can be far too complicated. Here are the things I’ll try to hammer away at today.
- What keeps you up at night?
- What opportunities make you most excited?
- What are you going to do about items 1 and 2?
- And finally, where are your blind spots? What are the chances that you’re completely wrong about 1 and 2? And what is missing from the list?
