Thank you, and Happy Holidays

by Anthony Demangone

As 2012 draws to a close, I want to say thank you. From your emails and comments, I’ve learned a great deal.

NAFCU works hard to make things easier for our members, and for the credit union community. That might be through representation on the Hill, or at NCUA.  Or via our cracker jack compliance services. Or through NAFCU Today, or one of our conferences.

And so it is through this blog.  I hope you’ve found it to be useful.  But please let me know how we can improve it.

Also, thank you for what you do.  Our industry is a bright spot on the otherwise dull or dark financial services landscape.  Member-owned financial cooperatives are just what America needs.  And you all make that happen.

So, if you don’t mind, I’ll sign off until the New Year.  This year has been a wonderful one for credit unions and for NAFCU.  But I think better days are yet to come.

Happy Holidays, and a very Happy New Year.  I’ll see you in 2013.
