You can compare notes about the presentations and get “the inside scoop” on everything from hiring to competitive challenges. Making the peer connection may be especially worthwhile for board members and volunteers who may not often have the opportunity to speak with others from the credit union industry.

You can hear about the impact of the latest regulations, assess the value of the newest solutions on-site and even gain insight from fellow attendees about what worked for their credit unions and what didn’t. One great idea may save you thousands of dollars and precious time.
Share the wealth. The great thing about attending a conference is that you can take back everything you learned and share it with your staff. Your renewed energy and enthusiasm will also be contagious. You and your team will be able to apply inventive new ways to tackle some of your credit union’s difficult challenges.
